Leave Dublin Airport and join M1 Motorway.
Leave M1 at Junction 1, at roundabout take 3rd exit onto M50.
Pass through M50 Toll.
Leave M50 at Junction 9 and follow signs for Limerick onto N7.
At Junction 3 continue forward onto Naas Road.
Continue forward onto M7.
Leave M7 at Junction 11 and join M9 Motorway heading towards Kilkenny and Carlow.
Continue forward onto N9 in the direction of Kilkenny and Carlow.
Continue forward in the direction of Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
At Dungarvan follow directions for N25 Cork.
After Bridge over River Blackwater take right turn and continue along road for 3 kms.
On right is main entrance to Ballynatray Estate.
Follow directions on gates to gain entry to Estate.

At Airport Road roundabout take 1st exit on Kinsale Road – N27 (Cork)
At Kinsale Road Roundabout – take 4th exit onto the N25 (Rosslare)
Enter Jack Lynch Tunnel and continue to Dunkettle Interchange taking the 3rd exit onto the N25 Rosslare.
Continue on N25 entering Castlemartyr and Killeagh.
At Killeagh, continue on N25 Rosslare and continue to Youghal Bypass.
At Rincrew roundabout take 2nd exit.
Before Bridge over River Blackwater, take left turn and proceed along road for 3 kms.
On right is main entrance to Ballynatray Estate.
Follow directions on gates to gain entry to Estate.

Leave Waterford Airport turning left onto R708
At Airport roundabout take 1st exit onto Outer Ring Road R470 following directions for N25 Cork
Continue entering Butlerstown and Lemybrien .
Continue N25 Cork towards Dungarvan.
At Dungarvan follow directions for N25 Cork heading towards Youghal.
After Bridge over River Blackwater take right turn and continue along road for 3 kms.
On right is main entrance to Ballynatray Estate.
Follow directions on gates to gain entry to Estate.
