Tennis & Croquet

Tennis and Croquet are complimentary and available to residents only. Tennis originated in France in the 12th century and the exercise and exhilaration of a good game is as enjoyable now as it was then.

Our all weather tennis court is set within the very attractive arboretum and blends with the natural landscape around it.

Croquet developed in Ireland in the early 19th century was extensively played in Ireland for 20 years before it spread to England as noted in the croquet historian, Dr Prior's book of 1872.
